Inspired after our visit afternoon PlantWise visit, located on Fahie Hill in Tortola, Virgin Islands.

PlantWise greenhouse open Wednesdays and Saturdays for microgreens and vegetable seedlings.

This week we had the pleasure of visiting a delightful example of sustainable economic farming here in the Virgin Islands. PlantWise and restaurant, Irie Ites Ital offers vegan food options and vegetable seedlings for purchase. Plus awesome views which over look the hustle and bustle of Road Town, Tortola. Our small group shared the daily special, lentil burger and ital soup but please note that the menu changes due to what produce is available. Currently open on Wednesdays and Saturdays for delicious eats! Try the natural fruit juice and enjoy the relaxing, carefully landscaped area. Highly recommended for a family outing!
