Privately owned by a family company, this secluded area allows visitors to hike through a gorgeous jungle hillside to reach a natural waterfall and mud bath cove. A featured scene in Superman 2 with Christopher Reeves, the location is a must – see while experiencing St. Lucia.

Another addition to your list of spots to visit is the Tet Paul Nature Trail. A short trek on this nature walk allows the chance to capture beautiful footage of the famous Gros and Petite Pitons. The Pitons are registered as a World Heritage site and located in the neighboring Soufriere. The trail itself is quaint with produce farming present throughout small patches. Nice to see this well-maintained multi-use development sponsored by European Union funding.

This shot is from an adventurous 3-mile hike up Errand road to Dennery waterfalls. A lush, cacao plantation mingles along side the riverbank on the interior walk to the falls. Ziplines appear less than a mile from the falls at Tree Top Adventure Park, an entertaining pause that we hit on the way home from our hike for a delicious lunch. Must rave about the fantastic veggie burger and fries! Their full menu has options for all diets with cool drinks for purchase. Take a walk to the bountiful garden space where they use coconut husks to grow petite orchids. The falls host a steep cliff that groups may rappel down into the shallow knee deep waters below. The area is frequently busy with large groups due to tours from the near by adventure park. Try to get here early daylight hours and enjoy the serenity.
